Play and imagination can make the hard moments of parenting a little bit easier and the routine moments joyful and fun, but we, as adults, often block ourselves from letting go and playing. In this session, we will explore the research that backs play and creativity as the ultimate stress buster and connection builder for you and your kids. You will leave with hands-on practical tips and tools to integrate play every day that you can use with your kids at any stage of development. Through creativity, imagination and a playful mindset, attendees will discover how to connect with your kids, engage with joy, and enhance overall well-being in parenthood.
